Our clinic
Our clinic is conveniently located in Exmouth, Devon, at 51 Imperial Road, EX8 1DQ. The entrance is located to the left side of the building with a cosy waiting area where you can take a seat prior to your treatment.
Parking can be found directly opposite at the Imperial Road car park. On street parking is also available within walking distance from the clinic.

About Auricle
I’m Shannon Nelkowski, a certified ear care specialist and the founder of Auricle Ear Health and Microsuction, established in 2026. I originally trained at the university of Plymouth as an adult nurse back in 2019. After a few years within the NHS as a haematology nurse I was given the opportunity to train in Microsuction. I went on to complete my national diploma in ear care with Rotherham Primary ear care service (NHS foundation trust) who are the ear care centre of excellence in Great Britain and have been providing ear care and microsuction in Exmouth ever since. I specialise in safe and effective ear wax removal using both Microsuction and manual techniques.
Based in Exmouth, I provide professional ear care services to clients across the local area. My main ethos is making ear care accessible to everyone. My approach is always patient-focused, ensuring each person feels comfortable, reassured, and well cared for throughout their treatment.
Having supported the community for many years, I am experienced in treating both adults and children, and take pride in offering a friendly, reliable service tailored to individual needs.
